Computer Renderings
DDG utilizes interior and exterior computer renderings in the initial design process. This enables our clients to visualize the design which saves time and money. An additional benefit is seeing images of their completed home before construction begins.
RECENT PROJECTS
Woodford Project
This project involved the design of a single family residence on a family farm in Woodford County, KY. The home has 3,380 square feet of finished living space on two levels with an unfinished basement. There is an additional 330 sq.ft of porch area with outside kitchen for entertaining. In the rear of the home, there is 540 sq.ft of deck area to take advantage of the lovely views of the family farm.
Phoenix Project
The Phoenix Project involved the design of a single family residence in Phoenix, AZ. It is a one-story residence with 4,130 square feet of living area. It includes a three-car garage, large laundary room, three bedrooms and a large screened-in rear patio. It is the second residential home design DDG has completed for this client.
Woodford Project II
This project involved the design of a single family residence which will be built in 2017 on a family horse farm in Woodford County, KY. The home will have 3,880 square feet of finished living space on two levels. It has an additional 1,650 sq.ft of perimeter porch areas to take advantage of the beautiful views of the horse farm. An unusual feature is a half-court basketball court located inside the three-car garage.
